Foundry builds autonomous companies in unglamorous trades and forgotten niches. The work people walk past. That is where winning is still possible.

Building is free. Winning a market is not. Protection is a boring local vertical, with no AI-native market leader yet.

We only start where three things hold.

  2. 02The product is AI-first, so AI cuts the main cost.
  3. 03A boring local vertical with no AI-native market leaders.

We build from scratch. Each company has a budget and a window. Most close. The ones that work, we grow until they cover the niche. Then we sell them, or we keep them.

On this front we will work in stealth mode until we have at least two companies with solid metrics.

This is not consulting. We build the company, we run it, and we make it the only name that matters in that market.
