We believe in a future where agents will do 80% of the work.

People will do the rest. We want to apply this to niche sectors with little competition, starting from Italy.

The first goal is to build companies from scratch. They start this way: agents do 80% of the work, people do the rest. AI is in the processes from the beginning, used heavily. Costs stay low. Margins go up. The company can scale without hiring at the same pace.

The long-term vision is to buy companies that already exist, rebuild them around AI, and scale them.

In trades like credit brokerage, insurance adjusting and broking, customs and freight forwarding, statutory auditing and real estate, and in wider sectors like logistics, energy and manufacturing, the hard part is not the technology. It is adoption. Decision makers who are not used to technology answer the same way: we have always done it this way.

If the processes still work like they did decades ago, a little AI on top does not change much. You have to rethink the company from the ground up: new processes, new structure, new tools.

When people inside the company do not believe in AI, fear it, or will not adapt, years go into changing minds that technology has already moved past. Buying and rebuilding is often the fastest way to change those sectors for real.
